My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a giant bed which made it super comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite, and the location was great, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The dining experience was okay if you came early, but options were limited later on. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is in a wonderful island, near the center of the city, offering a great location and friendly service. The rooms provide a view of the sea but could benefit from some updates. The breakfast selection is varied, and the staff is exceptional. However, the hotel is a bit outside the center of tourist interest, and the surroundings are not the nicest.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with easy access to the Jacuzzi and Swimming Pool. The huge bed provided a great night's sleep, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, I loved the amazing view from the balcony overlooking Ponta Delgada. However, there was a minor issue with a 'lightshow' in the room one night, which was a bit unexpected.
